中文摘要 | 為探討有限型與半無限型兩種不同生育習性大豆品種間子粒充實期及充實速率與產量之關係,並測定其始源與積儲強度是否影響大豆子粒充實,本試驗利用有限型品時重花蓮一號、大連豆及十石與半智分型品種高雄選10號、百美豆及花蓮二號為供試材料,於1986年夏作至1988年春作,在花蓮縣吉安鄉本場試驗田進行。經兩年四期作試驗結果顯示,有限型大豆品種各生殖生長期間之長短除□-□外,其餘與產量在春作均呈顯著正相關,在夏作均未達顯著,半無限型品種除□-□在夏作達顯著相關外,其餘亦未達顯著相關水準。在春作有限型與半無限型品種之子粒充實速率與產量呈極顯著正相關,有限型大豆品種之子粒充實期及充實速率與百粒重呈極顯著正相關,半無限型品種之子粒充實函與百粒重呈顯著正相關,子粒充實速率則與百粒重相關不顯著,子粒充實速率似受溫度影響,以夏作較高。生殖生長期營養器官(莖、葉)乾物累積以夏作較高,有限型品種各個生殖生長時羕之乾物量與春作產量呈顯著正相關,而春、夏作營養器官乾物重與子粒充實速率間均呈顯著正相關,半無限型品種則以春作□期營養器官乾物量與產量關係密切,顯示聯果生長初期始源強度將會影響大豆子粒產量。而子粒充實速率視同化產物供應能力而定,且種皮表面積與產量呈正相關,若可以種皮表面積表示始源供應能力,則似乎顯示始源為控制大豆子粒充實速率之主要因子,今後應探討可何調整始源供應適當,對大豆產量之提升,應有正面效應。 |
英文摘要 | Seed filling period and filling rate are important parts of the yield production processes in soy bean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.]. Experiments were conducted in Hualien DAIS’s farm for 2 years to evaluate the relationships between seed growth characteristics and yield in determinate and semideterminate soybean cultivars. The results in dictated that variation in seed filing period and filling rate was found among soybean cultivars. For determinate soybean cultivars, seed filing period was positive and significantly correlated with yield in spring crop, but the correlation was non-significant in summer crop. For semideterminate soybean only R4-R7 period was found to be correlated with yield significantly. Seed filling rate showed highly significant positive correlated with yield significantly. Seed filling rate showed highly significant positive correlation with yield in spring crop. The seed filling period and filling rate also correlated with 100 seed weight significantly among determinate group. The dry weight accumulation of vegetative organs during reproductive period was higher in summer than that in spring. It was positively correlated with yield in spring and with seed filling rate in both spring and summer for determinate cultivars. The dry weight accumulation in R4 stage in semideterminate soybean also correlated significantly with yield. The rate of assimilate uptake by embryos’ must be through the seed coat. Observed from the results, the correlation between seed coat area and yield was positive and significant. If seed coat area might can represent the source strength, it will be the key factor for regulating the seed filling rate. |
