中文摘要 | 13位正常健康人的末稍血液分離出的單核細胞,經由第二型白血球間質素或干擾素或兩者合併刺激後當作作用細胞,而三種肝細胞癌細胞株及K562細胞株當作標的細胞。細胞毒殺試驗是在作用細胞與標的細胞問之比例為100:1下進行,而毒殺細胞之程度則以釋放Cr51量之多少為依據。此研究結果顯示干擾素對肝細胞癌細胞株不具毒殺作用,同時對自然殺手細胞之活性不具輔助功能,但是第二型白血球間質素則為一甚強之自然殺手細胞活性之增強劑,同時對肝細胞癌細胞株亦具毒殺作用。 |
英文摘要 | The mononuclear cells isolated from the peripheral venous blood of the 13 normal individuals and activated by either interleuken-2 (IL2) or interferon (INF) or combination of IL2 and INF are served as the effector cells. The three hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines and the K562 cell line are served as the target cells. The cytotoxicity test is carried out under the effector/target ratio of 100:1 and the degree of cytotoxicity is measured by the Cr51 release assay. The result of this study disclosed that INF is neither carrying cytotoxicity to HCC cell lines nor an augmentor to natural killer (NK) cell activity. However, IL2 is a potent enhancer to NK cell activity and has carried a cytotoxic effect to HCC cell lines. |
