中文摘要 | 本文利用田口博士(Dr. Genichi Taguchi)的彈簧耐力試馬的例子〔1,2〕,說明田口方法(Taguchi Method)在可靠度工程與籲理上所扮演的角色,同時利用該實例說明可靠度的分析步驟,及如何應用分析結果改進可靠度。 田口方法能夠成功最重要的因素是慎選反應變數(Response Variable),及其SN比(Signal to Noise Ratio)。一般在疌昇產品品質時,可靠度只是其中之一項品質參數(Quality Parameter)。直接利用可靠度當做反應變數,並不眼理想,本文指出了其原因。本文也針對該實例之累積分析法(Accumlating Analysis)中之計算及分析,加強細部補充及解說,裨能進一步瞭解田口方法之優缺點。 |
英文摘要 | A simple example of clutch spring life test from Dr. Genichi Taguchi (1,2) is being under studied to explain the role that Taguchi Method has been playing in the field of Reliability Engineering and Management. The procedures following which he reliability analysis is performed are presented. Through the results given by the Accumulating Analysis, we illustrate the approach to promoting the product reliability. The most important key factor in the success of Taguchi Method is that of carefully selecting the response variable and the SN ratio. In general, while promoting the product quality, the reliability is considered to be merely one of the quality parameters. Regarding the reliability as a response is in fact not a good idea, the reasons for that are also given. Accumulating Analysis procedure which was applied to the Taguchi’s life test example is being further detailed in order to better understand the pros and cons of Taguchi Method. |
