中文摘要 | 以單一多層頭箱手抄紙機抄製輕磅集層紙(絕乾基重40g/m^2),試驗後獲知,紙張之厚度與纖維種頸、用量及配置位置有密切關係。就紙張物理性質而言,均勻混合漿單層紙中含有較多長纖維用量者,對紙張物理性質較優;而集層紙組構中,纖維種頸、用量、配置位置及組合方式會影響紙張之物理強度,當中層為長纖維漿時,撕裂、破裂、耐摺度及內聚力最優,其中尤以耐摺度最為顯著。而同纖維混合漿料之三層集層紙之抗張強度最佳;外層配置畏纖維或中層含有機輔漿者彎折挺度較佳。而集層紙中,纖維配置位置對紙張白度影響不犬,然而纖維種麵及用量具有密切關係。低基重集層紙之製造可行性極高,國強度優異,可大為減少纖維成本,唯製造時,纖維種頸、用量及配置位置務需妥加設計。若在強度容許範圍內,就節省原科成本考量,宜儘可能減少長纖維之用量,朝輕磅化執行,且多採用價廉之脫墨漿及機械漿,以符經濟原則。 |
英文摘要 | A single cylinder multi-layered headbox handsheet machine was adopted to explore the feasibility of lightweight stratified sheets. Caliper of the sheets was highly correlated with pulp composition. From the physical properties of single-ply sheets with higher proportion of NBKP displayed better strength. In the stratified sheets, fiber characteristics, proportion of fibers, various their relative position in the sheet, and the mode of combination are determinant factors of the sheet strength. Stratified sheets with long BKP fibers allocated in the middle layer show distinctive improvement in their physical properties (tear, burst, folding endurance and internal bonding). Folding endurance exhibits significant enhancement. However, the long BKP fibers placed in the outer layer or CTMP contained in the middle layer show better bending stiffness. Allocation of the fiber in the sheet seems insignificant to the contribution of brightness development. It is obvious from this study that the manufacture of lightweight stratified sheet is highly feasible and profitable due to its prominent physical properties and the possibility of cost saving by using high proportion of deinked and chemithermomechanical pulps. |
