中文摘要 | 福壽螺危害農業生產非常嚴重,政府雖然提出許多防除的方法卻無法達 到預期的結果,因此,研製福壽螺吸取機以期能夠達成積極性的防除作業。 初期研製的福壽螺吸收機,對於吸取水中螺體的作業必須分二步驟才能完成(第 一步驟為吸取水及螺體;第二步驟為部份排水後再吸取螺體),在防治作業效率上 不盡理想,因而再行研究改良。 經過改良後的螺體吸取機其體型結構非常簡單,對於水中螺體可以 "連續地"吸 取,其作業效率顯著提高,經過測試後的結果如下:空氣輸送軟管管徑3/8",作業 壓力在4.7kgZ/cm�揹氶A吸取水中螺體重量每小時為81.62公斤。其效率比初期 所研製的福壽螺吸取機多2倍。 |
英文摘要 | Apple snails endanger the crops seriously. Although the government proposedmany preventing methods, but it was difficult to achieve our goals. Therefore,we tried to research and design the suction machine of apple snails in order to achieve the active preventing program. It took two steps to suck the snails in the water for the previous designed machine (the first step was to suck water and snail; and the second step was to resuckthe snail after draining water partly). It was not ideal for the efficacy of preventing work. So we tried to research and improve it. The shape and structure of the suction machine looks evry simple after improvement. It can suck the snail continuously in the water, so it improved the efficacysignificantly. After testing, the results are as follows: The weight of the snail whichwas sucked was 81.62 Kg/hr when the tube diameter of air transport soft tubewas 3/8", working pressure was 4.7 Kg/cm��. The results showed that the efficacywas double than the previous designed sucking machine.@@@ |
