中文摘要 | 自1989年3月至翌年2月,從臺南市安平、高雄地區茄萣和旗津及屏東縣東港等 地採集細紋玉螺共349個體,經解剖後以河魨毒生物檢定法測定毒性,得知有毒個體之出現 頻率平均為81.9%,各採集地之有毒個體之出現頻率則為安平69.7%,茄萣65.9%,旗津 97.3%和東港95.1%,可知較南方採集之細紋玉螺,其有毒個體之出現率較高。細紋玉螺之 平均毒性為中腸腺每克2.2老鼠單位(2.2MU/g),肌肉59.7MU/g和口器、唾液腺、腦等其它 部位0.7MU/g。另外細紋玉螺個體之有高毒性為中腺腸72 MU/g,肌肉1,407 MU/g和其它部 位81 MU/g。而且毒性值以旗淫採集者為最高,平均為中腺腸4.9 MU/g,肌肉147.6 MU/g和 其它部位2.2 MU/g,其它地方之毒性大小依次為東港、茄萣和安平。毒性之季節變化,則不 管細紋玉螺採集地方之不同,似乎階以冬季採集者較高。 |
英文摘要 | There hundred forty-nine specimens of the lined moon shell Natica lineate were collected from March 1989to February 1990 at Anping, Tainan City, at Chiching and Chiating, Kaohsiung County, and at Tungkang, Pingtung Prefecture, in South Taiwan. All specimens were assayed for the presence of tetrodotoxin by the official method. The mean frequency value for the detection of toxic specimens in the lined moon shells was 81.9% and the measured toxicity value was 2.2, 59.7 and 0.7 MU/g in digestive gland, muscle and the rest parts, respectively. The highest toxicity amount in lined moon shell specimens was determined to be 1,407, 72 and 81 MU/g in the muscle, digestive gland and other parts, respectively. The lined moon shell from Chiching showed the highest frequency of toxic specimens and toxicity, followed by those from Tungkang, Chiating and Anping. The specimens collected in winter season showed higher toxicity despite of sampling region. |
