中文摘要 | 組織在不同的發展階段,其展現出來的組織特徵、所採行的相關管理活動也會有所不同,但是不同發展階段應該如何劃分,一直是組織生命週期理論發展上爭議的焦點。本研究的目的,一方面在以實際的資料分析,歸納組織生命週期的階段,並且進一步驗証,在不同的組織生命週期中,其所採行的人力資源管理活動,是否也會有所不同。根據研究的結果,本文將組織生命週期劃分成:起始、成長、成熟、與重生等四個階段,將人力資源管理劃分成:短期利益與續效控制型、高薪資與績效獎金型、長期雇傭關係與團體績效型等三種不同類型,經由獨立檢定結果發現,兩者存在一定程度的關聯。最後,本文對研究結果在管理上的意涵,以及後績研究上的建議,提出了探討說明。 |
英文摘要 | Since organizations are in a continuous process of adaption, they exhibit a set of characteristics in each development stage. If organizations can recognize their particular development stage, they can then identify any possible opportunities and take actions in advance to benefit from organizational change. Under such motivation, the purpose of this work is to explore the number of organizational life cycle of Taiwan marine company. Besides, this article also likes to verify if any association between organizational life cycle and human resources management. By using cluster analysis, four stages of organizational life cycle and three types of human resources management were identified. These data were further proceeded by canonical correlation and independent test. The result indicated that association between organizational life cycle and human resources management did exist. Finally, the implication of this research was discussed. |
