| 中文摘要 | 利用區塊及駢對兩種田間排列方式,種植毛豆,以比較不同品種受豆莖潛蠅自然感染後,其農藝性狀所生之反應,以確定爾後抗蟲篩選方式。結果顯示兩種不同田間排列方式,並無顯著差異存在,噴藥處理及自然感染有明顯差異之存在,各品種間亦有顯著之耐蟲性狀差異。品種與排列方式,處理方式之各交感作用均未呈顯著,顯示於此兩種排列方式下,皆可有效的進行篩選耐蟲品種。農藝性狀以株高與(花)莢數為最明顯之篩選指標。品種以AGS292(高選1號)為較耐蟲品種,綠光為最易感染品種。 |
| 英文摘要 | Two different field layouts (block vs pair) under natural infestation of soybean stemfly were used to investigate agronomic responses of six veget-able soybean varieties in order to establish screening method. The results showed that two different layouts did not show significant differences. Treatment of insecticide vs natural infestation showed signi-ficant differences. Six varieties also showed significant variations. But, the interaction among varieties, layout, and treatment were all not significant. These indicate that under either field layout we can efficiently screen insect tolerant varieties. The best screen indexs for tolerant toaits are plant height and flower (pod) number/plant. Among six varieties, AGS 292 showed tolerant to stemfly damage, Ryokkoh was the most susceptible one. |
