中文摘要 | 以兩個飼養試驗分別探討結晶型胺基酸降低肉雞飼糧粗蛋白質含量之效果。在冬季試驗中,588隻22日齡肉雞分為三處理組,每處理四重複,分別飼予(一)低蛋白質飼糧(LP, 16.3%CP),(二)LP+胺基酸(DL-Met, L-Lys, L-Thr, L-Trp)飼糧(LP+AA)及(三)高蛋白質飼糧(HP, 21.6%CP)。試驗為期四週。在夏季試驗中,457隻22日齡肉雞,分為四處理組,每處理三重複。處理組與冬季試驗者相似,但增加了LP+AA再添加精胺酸飼糧(LP+AA+A)組。試驗為期四週。測定雞隻增重,飼料採食量,飼料利用效率及(或)腹脂含量。綜合兩個試驗結果顯示,在任何測定中,季節與處理間並無交互作用(P>0.05)。低蛋白質飼糧添加胺基酸促進肉雞增重及飼料利用率(P<0.05),但其表現仍比高蛋白質飼糧組者差(P<0.05),對飼料採食量則無影響(P>0.05),但仍比高蛋白質飼糧者高(P<0.05),而額外添加精胺酸對任何性能並無影響(P>0.05),不過可降低飼料採食量至高蛋白質飼糧組水準(P>0.05)。綜合以上,添加四或五種結晶型胺基酸於16.3%粗蛋白質飼糧中,並無法使肉雞(4-7週齡)達最佳增重及飼料利用效率,無論在冬季或夏季,仍以高蛋白質飼糧(粗蛋白質21.6%)之表現最佳。 |
英文摘要 | Two feeding trials were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of amino acid supplementation in reducing dietary protein level for broilers. In winter trial, 588 22-d old chicks were allotted to 4 replicates of 3 treaments and fed one of the three diets: (1) low protein diet (LP, 16.3%CP); (2) low protein diet plus crystalline amino acids (L-lys, DL-met, L-trp and L-thr) diet, (3) high protein diet (HP, 21.6%CP) for 4 weeks. In summer trial, 457 22-d old chicks were allotted to 3 replicates of 4 treatments. The treatment was the same as in winter trial except a LP + AA + arginine group (LP + AA + A) was added. Weight gain, feed intake and G/F were determined. No season ×treatment interactions in any measurements were detected (P>0.05) in the study. Supplementation of amino acids in LP diet improved (P<0.05) weight gain and G/F in both seasons, however, they were still lower (P<0.05) than the ones in HP group. Supplementation of amino acids in LP diet had no effects (P>0.05) on feed intake, HP group had a lower (P<0.05) feed intake than LP and LP + AA groups had. Further supplementation of arginine in LP + AA diet had no effects (P>0.05) on any measurements, however, it could reduce (P>0.05) the feed intake to the level as in HP group (P>0.05). In summary, supplementation of amino acids in 16.3% CP diet could not support the maximum growth and feed efficiency in 4-7 wk old broilers, high protein diet (21.6%CP) had a better performance in both winter and summer seasons. |
