中文摘要 | 本論文研究是利用半剛直性全芳香族聚醯胺聚合體--聚4,4'二苯亞甲基對苯醯胺(PMA)來補強可撓曲性Nylon 6。此實驗分兩種方式進行,一為以物理結合的方式形成聚摻合體,一為以共價結合的三嵌狀和多嵌狀共聚合體。由實驗結果發現無論何種方式皆有補強效果,而以多嵌狀共聚合體最為優良。從DSC圖形可看出聚摻合體之T[]點有隨PMA含量增加而提高之趨勢,但因其有2個T[]和T[]點所以相容性不佳。而且由SEM圖片中可發現多嵌狀共聚合為均一元之構造,而聚摻合體則呈現凝集顆粒之現象。至於機械性質方面,可以明顯看出PMA在與Nylon 6摻合與嵌狀共聚合時之補強效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the flexible nylon 6 was reinforced by the semi-rigid poly (4,4'-diphenylmethyl terephthalamide) (PMA). It included the physical blending of two homopolymers and also their copolyamides. From the observation of electron microscope, it was found that the compability of the multiblock copolyamides were much better than those of triblock copolyamides and polyblends. It exhibited a homogeneous texture rater than an aggregated one. From the DSC measurement, it was shown that T[] of the polyblends was increased with the increase of PMA content. The T[] of multiblock copolyamides were even higher than those of polyblends. From the wide-angle X-ray diffraction pattern, it was found that the triblock copolyamides and polyblends had two diffraction peaks, i.e., 2[]=20.5°and 24°. However, the multiblock copolyamides had only one at 2[]=20°, which indicating a different crystal structure of multiblock copolyamides. Also, the tensile strength of multiblock copolyamides was appeared to be higher than those of polyblends and triblock copolyamides. |
