中文摘要 | 本文旨在應用統計模擬(statistical simulation formula)及最大載流最小切集技術(maximum flow-minimum cut technique)提出一新的電力系統擴增規劃法。此法目的是由適當地擴增網路組件的容量,以獲得系統可靠度指標,亦即系統無法供應之預期需電量(EDNS)之最大改善。而其擴充策略是選擇最小切集組件中最能改善可靠度(EDNS)的組件加以擴充,並以反覆方式重覆地進行系統擴增,直到總擴充容量被達成為止。 文末並以一含2源(sources),5鏈(links)及2吸(sinks)之電力系統說明本文所提出之方法。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a new method for power system expansion plan-ning by using the statistical simulation formula and maximum flow-minimum cut technique. The objective of the method is to achieve maximum improved system reliability index, the system expected demand not served (EDNS) by suitably expanding network element capacities. An expansion strategy is employed, of which is selected the minimum cut element with greatest ability to change the EDNS, and the process is repeated in an iterative manner until total expansion capacity is reached. Application of the new method is il-lustrated by using a power system with 2 sources, 5 links and 2 sinks. |
