| 中文摘要 | 本文之目的在探討行駛中機車把手傳遞之局部振動量,期以建立有關機車之振動危害觀念。本研究以國內機車廠牌依排氣量和使用程度不同篩選69輛機車,分別於三條公路以時速40及60公里行駛4次進行測試。測試結果與國際標準組織(ISO)建議之振動暴露限值比較,行駛中機車在頻率100及200附近產生共振,其中輕型無段排檔之舊車最大振動量98~122dB出現於中央頻率80~160Hz處;重型舊車最大振動量高達134dB(100Hz, Z軸),均已超過振動暴露限值,對長期連續暴露於機車振動者如郵差、送貨員等將引起局部振動危害。本文並對機車不同車速與車齡對振動量之差異進行比較。 |
| 英文摘要 | The objective of this investigation was to assess hand-arm vibration levels of motorcycle handle bars in riding, in order to establish the concept about motorcycle vibration hazard. Sixty-nine motorcycles manufactured in our country were selected according to their exhausts, riding status, and 4 times riding tests on 3 different highways at the speed of 40 and 60 km per hour. By using vibration analyzer, we get vibration level of three directions of the left handle bar. The values are compared to the exposure limit of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) suggestions. From our reaserch, we get certain results that proceeding motorcycle have resonance around 100 and 200 Hz, the maximum acceleration of small-sized new motorcycle with sectionally variable shifts is 98-122 dB appeared in 80-160 Hz central frequence, the large-sized old motorcycle is 134dB (100Hz, Z-direction). The vibration on both types is higher than the expo-sure limit in ISO suggestions, received and taken by the hand-arm system. Therefore, some workers such as mailmen, deliverymen etc. have long term periodic exposure to the vibration as a result of that they are easy to get the vibration syndrome. In addition to the above statement, we compare the relationship between velocity and vibration, also riding status and vibration of motorcycles at the same time. |
