| 中文摘要 | 本文旨在就真圓度(roundness)量測時各種可能造成誤差的原因,作測試及分析討論。為便於分析研究,乃採用真圓度量測儀及三次元量測儀等兩種儀器對圓柱直角規、標準環規進行量測,然後將其結果經分析比較和討論,可以獲得下列幾項結論:1.使用探針必須考慮其半徑大小及探針傾斜度。2.若非精度要求較高時,僅用最低放大倍率即可。3.量測前,旋轉工作台得以選擇最佳水平及中心位置。4.三次元量測機量測真圓度時,最好使用Z'軸。 |
| 英文摘要 | The primary purpose of this paper is to find out the reasons why the errors have been caused in roundess measurement. A series of experiment has been conducted to compare with the theoretical study. The roundness measuring instruement and coordinate measuring machine have been per-formed to measure square master cylinder and standard ring gage. The measuring results are as follows: The size of radius of stylus and the inclina-tion of a stylus will be taken into consideration in order to obtain precise measurement. If the accuracy is not highly required, we usually apply minmum amplification. Before measurement a selection for the optimum horizontal and center position should be made. The optimum precise measure-ment can be obtained by applying z' axis to measure roundness as the co-ordinate measuring machine is performed. |
