| 英文摘要 | Nine kinds of catalysts was employed for curing DGEBA resin with MTHPA (Methyl-tetrahydro phthalic anhydride) . It is found that the more heat releasing in the curing process, the higher theglass transition temperature, the lower dielectric constant, the less dissipation, and the higher volume resistance. This indicates that the cross-linking density influences the electric properties, andthe catalysts influence the cross-linking process. |
