英文摘要 | This present research work was designed to focus on the effect of pH of donor solution on transdermal permeation and to investigate the mechanisms of enhancement in skin permeation as the result in the use of iontophoretic delivery system. The possible change in skin permeability during iontophoretic transport was discussed. The role of iontophoresis in overcoming the transport barrier, stratum corneum was also investigated. |
