中文摘要 | 使用落花生台南11號(大粒種)及台南選9號(小粒種)兩品種為材料,以浸 水3天、4天、5天及6天4種不同之浸水處理為主區,另以粘質壤土,坋質壤土, 砂質壤土及砂土4種土壤質地為副區進行試驗,試驗採用裂區設計,三重複,待 種子出土後,調查其發芽之情形,以了解不同浸水時間及不同土壤質地對落花生 發芽之影響,結果如下: 不同浸水天數顯著影響台南11號及台南選9號種子之發芽率、發芽係數、發芽勢 及發芽速率,但對平均發芽日數則無顯著之影響;而不同土壤質地(粘質壤土、坋 質壤土、砂質壤土、砂土)則顯著影響台南11號之發芽率、發芽係數、發芽勢及 發芽速率等性狀;但卻顯著影響台南選9號之發芽率、平均發芽日數、發芽係數、 發芽勢及發芽速率等性狀,此外對兩型品種而言,所有性狀在不同浸水天數與土 壤質地問均有交感存在。 |
英文摘要 | Two cultivars of peanut, Tainan No.11 (large seed type) and Tainan SelectionNo.9 (small seed type) were planted for investigating the effects of different flooding time and soil texiture on seed germination of peanut. The split plot design with three replication was used, and flooding time treatments (3,4,5,6 days) were as the main plot, soil texture treatments (clay loam, siltloam, sandy loam and sand) were the sub-plot. Results were summarized as follows: The germination percentage, germination coefficient, germination vigor and speedof germination in both peanut cultivars (TNI1 and TNS9) were significantly influenced by different flooding time treatments, but it was not in mean days to germination. The germination percentage, germination coefficient, germination vigor andspeed of germination of Tainan No.ll were also significantly influenced by differentsoil texture, but they were germination percentage, mean days to germination, germination coefficient, germination vigor and speed of germination in the Tainan selection No.9. Besides, different flooding time treatment and soil texture treatmentshowed interactions on all the characters of both cultivars. |
