中文摘要 | 熱敏電阻之溫度與電阻之變化關係常為非線性,如何使其線性化的研究與方法很多,本文在此提出了一種電子電路設計,利用定電流源對熱敏電阻充電,將電阻隨溫度變化轉換成電壓變化,再利用指數充電波形電路和減法線路完成極近於理論的指數值,接著比較器和指數電路構成一類似對數功能,它和熱敏電阻隨溫度呈指數的變化相抵消,最後用P.W.M.原理調變脈寬,經濾波器輸出一線性化的溫度特性。經電子電路模擬結果,證實熱敏電阻之溫度變化與電阻之關係,由本特殊設計可得極線性化之結果,且溫度百分誤差率低於2%。 |
英文摘要 | The mathematical relations between thermistor temperature and its resistor value are usually nonlinear. There are many methods aiming to solve. this problem. This paper proposes an electronic circuit which utilizes constant current source to charge thermistor, the resistance originally changing with temperature is then converted to change with voltage varia-tion. The exponential-type circuit and subtraction circuit are added to approximate the theoretical value. Comparator and exponential circuit are combined to perform logarithmic operation. The exponential variation of temperature characteristics are thus offset. The pulse width modulation circuit (PWM) is then applied, and the filters are also included to a linear waveform. Finally, the linearized temperature characteristics are obtained. From the simulation results, the feasibility of proposed circuit is certified and satisfied. Since the temperature percent error is below 2%, the practicality is further proved in its applications. |
