中文摘要 | 本報告係探討木釘、方榫及橢圓榫三種接合之引拔強度及最大彎矩之差異。本實驗使用柳杉、橡膠木及紅櫟木當作構件材料,硬槭木當作木釘,再以PVAc及UF,與兩者50/50之複合膠作為膠合劑。得到次述之結果;接合引拔強度與最大彎矩有次述趨勢,即橢圓榫接合>方榫接合>木釘接合;UF膠>複合膠>PVAc膠;紅櫟木構件>橡膠木構件>柳杉構件。 |
英文摘要 | The differences of withdrawal strength and maximum bending moment among dowel joint, square-end and oval-end mortise and tenon joints were investigated. In this study, Japanese-cedar, Rubber wood and Red'oak were used as component materials and Hard maple was used as dowel, the adhesives used were UF, PVAc and the mixture of UF and PVAc with 50:50 ratio. The experimental results an; summarized as follows:The values of withdrawal joint strength and maximum bending moments showed the following tendency: Oval-end mortise and tenon joint>square-end mortise and tenon joint>dowel joint; UF adhesive>compositing adhesives (UF/PVAc, 50/50)>PVAc adhesives; and Red oak member> Rubber wood member> Japanese-cedar member. |
