中文摘要 | 利用二稜大麥及六稜大麥各5個品種,於74年11月分別植於中興大學溫室(為高溫處理)及室外(為常溫處理),生育期間調查花粉特性,並進行雜交,以探討不稔的原因,結果發現:高溫致使花粉母細胞的分化及發育延遲,且使花粉粒變小,正常花粉百分率及花粉發芽率降低,因此其授粉能力降低,致使雜交成功率減低。由此可知,高溫條件下,花粉發育異常是大麥稔實率低下的主要原因之一。 |
英文摘要 | Ten bariey varieties (5 of them were 2-rowed barley, the other were 6-rowed) were used as the material in the present experiment. They were planted insider (high temperature) and outside (normal temperature) of the green-house on November 1985. The cause of low fertilities induced by high temperature were studied. The results showed that may characters of pollen were influenced by high temperature, such as the delay growth of pollen mother cells, size of pollen, pollen normalities and germination rates. Pollenation rate was getting lower due to low fertility. It can be infered that the reason of low fertility in high temperature conditions is duced to the abnormality of pollens. |
