中文摘要 | 現代電力系統日趨復雜,為提高系統的安全性、可靠性及經濟性,乃結合計算機、通訊與控制等科技,建立自動化之電力系統控制中心,在電子計算機控制下,執行資料收集、監視的任務,經由各種線上軟體程式計算對系統執行控制及調度。傳統之大專電力實驗課程中多著重於如何使學生獲得元件導向的觀念及訓練,為強調整合性之系統運轉及控制概念,特規劃此一模擬電力控制中心之整合性電力系統分析及控制模擬實驗室,期使學生獲得較完整的電力「系統」之實驗課程訓練,並能學習電力控制中心中之監控功能及各種電力系統分析程式。 本文針對整合性電力系統分析及控制模擬實驗室提出詳細之規劃,其中包括電力系統數值分析、模擬監督控制及資料擷取系統,及一般常用之電力系統分析程式等實驗課程之介紹,將提供國內各大專電機科系設立此一嶄新電力系統實驗室之有力參考。 |
英文摘要 | The modern power system network has become more complicated than ever. To increase the security, reliability and economy of power system, modern scientists have developed a new technology which in-tegrates computer, communication, and control techniques in a so called power control center where dispatchers can supervise and control the system via computer hardwares and softwares. Traditional power system lab courses always lead users to know how to utilize certain equipments by following built-in modules function. Somehow it seems difficult for users to get the whole picture of a power system. The main purpose of this paper is to integrate user's view with some important power system analysis computer programs in the power system course, Also it proposes the idea of supervisory control and data acquisition simulation. It will provide us an easy way to set up an integrated power system analysis and control simulation lab to verify the theory and reality. |
