中文摘要 | 本文之目的在於提出一套有系統的方法與流程,作為電腦輔助含滑行對平面拘束運動鍵構造合成的依據。首先,將現有的自由度為1之平面單接頭運動鏈,依接頭順序進行運動對之轉換,並提出含滑行對之連桿鄰接矩陣來表示其拓樸構造。接著,應用含滑行對平面運動鏈形成的拘束運動之條件,來剔除非拘束運動鏈。再利用所提出的含滑行對之連桿鄰接多項式來判認所合成的運動鏈是否為同構。最後,根據上述之方、法與流程,設計一套電腦程式,來自動合成含滑行對平面拘束運動鍵之目錄,供作往後研究之用。 |
英文摘要 | This work presents a systematic approach for the computer-aided structural synthesis of planar constrained kinematic chains with prismatic pairs. The existing simple kinematic chains with one degree of freedom are used for generation of planar kinematic chains with prismatic pairs by the replacement of kinematic pairs. These generated results are represented with the link adjancency matrix with prismatic pairs. The constrained conditions of planar kinematic chains with prismatic pairs are introduced to delete the unconstrained kinematic chains. The idea of link adjancent polynomial with prismatic pair is used for testing the isomorphism of derived kinematic chains. A computer package is developed such that catalogue of all nonisomorphic planar constrained kinematic chains with prismatic pairs can be synthesized automatically. |
