中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討六種不同的手肘及前臂位置下握力的變化情形。這 六種位置分別是肘部彎曲90度時前臂內翻90度、前臂在正中位置、及前臂外翻90 度;和肘部伸直時前時前臂內翻90度、前臂在正中位置,及前臂外翻90度。 共有60位年輕男女性參加本實驗。我們採用校正過的Jamar握力器測試握力,同 時用肌電迴饋儀記錄用力緊握時肱二頭肌表面積分肌電位的電位變化。 二因子變異數分析的結果顯示無論是手肘或前臂姿勢的改變均會影響握力值,而 且此二因子之間有交互作用效果存在。進一步的多重比較結果發現在手肘彎曲90 度加上前臂內翻90度時的握力明顯地小於其他五組的握力;而其他五個姿勢下的 握力差異並無統計上的意義。將男、女性資料分別分析的結果也呈現如同上述的 發現。 以肱二頭肌肌電位變化作為共變量來對此六種位置下握力的共變數分析發現其 迴歸係數為0.37,且在P值為0.001時具有統計上的意義。此結果表示其他的生物 機械因素可能較手肘或前臂姿勢的改變更能解釋握力差異的變量。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to test for differences in the grip strengthamong the six different combinations of elbow and forearm positions. Thedominant hand of sixty normal subjects was tested for maximal grip strength inelbow flexion at 90 degrees with forearm in pronation, midposition, and supinationand elbow at full extension with forearm in pronation, midposition, and supination.The six positions were randomized and the grip strength was measured by JamarDynamometer. Surface EMG of the biceps brachii of the dominant upper extremitywas recorded simultaneously during grip testing. The result of two-way analysisof variance (ANOVA) revealed that elbow or forearm position could significantlychange grip strength (p<0.001). There was also significant interaction betweenelbow and forearm position (p<0.05). Further post hoc test with Student-NewmanKeuls multiple comparison showed that grip strength in the position of elbow flexionat 90 degrees with forearm pronation was significantly lower than those in thesame elbow position with other forearm position and those in the same forearmposition with other elbow position. It appeared to be similar results if we analyzedthe male and female data separately. Furthermore, the regression coefficientbetween grip strength and integrated EMG of biceps brachii in the six positionsis only 0.37 at 0.001 significant level. It suggested that the reasons for differencesof grip strength in different elbow-forearm positions might mainly be otherbiomechanical factors. |
