RF-1) 生長的影響。以不同光照強度處理 聚球藻RF-1之生長速率隨照度增強而增加,但超過其飽和光照後,照度已不是導體生長的限制因子。在比較通氣與不通氣培養及含氮源與不含氮源下培養之結果,發現其在通氣及含氮培養基下培養,生長狀況較佳。在pH值為6、7、8、9、10的無氮源培養基下培養,發現聚球藻RF-1之生長達速率隨pH值之上升而加快,在pH9時生長最快,於pH10時生長速率開始下降 。以紅、橙、黃、綠、藍、紫六種不同玻璃紙色裹在錐形瓶外,發現聚球藻RF-1以黃色玻璃紙包裹下生長最好,其次為紅色、橙色、紫色和綠色,藍色生 |
英文摘要 | The assay is to study the effects of the environmental. factors on Synechococcus sp. RF-1. Studying the growth rate of Synechococcus by using different light intensity revealed that it is proportional to the light intensity but not limited over the satisfactory light intensity. Comparing the growth rate of air-pumping regimen with that of no air-pumping regimen, and comparing the growth rate of addition of nitrogen source with that of nitrogen starvation, we found that it is faster by grown in air-pumping and nitrogen-supplying regimen than by grown in other regimens. The growth rate of Synechococcus, grown in nitrogen starvation conditions at pH value 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, increases at elevated pH value, best at pH value 9 and decreasing at pH value over 10. 5ynechococcus cultivated in flasks wrapped by six kinds of transparant paper whose colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet, its growth is best in yellow light regimen, then red, orange, violet, and green - light regimen in order, worst in blue - light regimen. |
