中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為評估製漿污泥製成顆粒燃料的可行性,並進一步探討其製成顆粒燃料之品質與市售顆粒燃料之差異,首先進行原料性質如含水率、1% NaOH、醇苯萃取物、全纖維素、木質素、灰分含量之分析,再以平模造粒機造粒並探討造粒影響因子與顆粒之性質如顆粒含水率、顆粒比重、長徑比、容積密度、熱值、吸濕膨脹率。所得結果發現製漿污泥1%氫氧化鈉萃取物含量為37%、醇苯萃取物含量為2%、酸不溶木質素含量為3%、全纖維素含量19%、和灰分含量為27%。直徑13 mm製漿污泥顆粒含水率為48%、直徑10 mm製漿污泥顆粒則為42%、直徑3 mm製漿污泥顆粒為48%,均高於廢家具木屑顆粒之含水率19%以及市售顆粒之含水率11%。製漿污泥之氣乾比重隨著顆粒直徑越大其氣乾比重就越小,且10 mm製漿污泥顆粒之絕乾比重高於廢家具木屑顆粒以及市售顆粒。長徑比中,13 mm製漿污泥顆粒為2.18、10 mm製漿污泥顆粒為1.50以及3 mm製漿污泥顆粒為1.91,均低於廢家具木屑顆粒2.64。容積密度的大小隨著顆粒直徑增大而減少。製漿污泥熱值為3227 kcal/kg、廢棄家具木屑顆粒為4165 kcal/kg、市售顆粒為4365 kcal/kg。在相對溼度增加時,製漿污泥顆粒之吸濕率和膨脹率有增加之趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | In order to evaluate feasibility of pelletised fuels from pulp sludge, the main purpose of this study is to compare different characteristics between pellets from pulp sludge, furniture residues and commerce. The properties of raw materials from pulp sludge including moisture content (362%), 1%NaOH extractives (37%), alcohol-benzene extractives (2%), holocellulose (20%), lignin (3%) and ash content (27%) had been conducted before being pelletized. The flat die pellet mill was used in this study. The result showed that moisture content of pellet is 48% for 13 mm, 42% for 10 mm, and 48% for 3 mm, respectively. The moisture contents are higher than those of furniture residues pellet and commercial pellet. The air-dried specific gravity was decreased as the pellet diameter was increased. The specific gravity in oven-dried of 10 mm pulp sludge pellet is higher than those of furniture residues pellet and commercial pellet. It can be found that the best length-diameter ratio is 2.64 for pelletizing furniture residues. The length-diameter ratio is higher than those of 13 mm pulp sludge pellet(2.18), 10 mm pulp sludge pellet(1.50), and 3 mm pulp sludge pellet(1.91). The bulky density was decreased as pellet diameter was increased. The heating values of pulp sludge pellet, furniture residues pellet and commercial pellet are 3227 kcal/kg, 4165 kcal/kg and 4365 kcal/kg, respectively. The moisture absorbing and thickness swelling of pellet were increased as the relative humidity increased. |
