中文摘要 | 以配電饋線之負載變動特性,配合已完成之配電系統損矢之分析研究計 畫中所推導之饋線日負載曲線,探討饋線負載隨每日不同時段及不同季節之變動 模式。為簡化饋線資料準備時間提高工作效率,本計劃之首要工作乃針對不同負 載特性之饋線在容許誤差範圍內建立饋線簡化模型,以為饋線損失分析與電容器 裝置規劃等研究之基礎。冉應用三相負載潮流分析程式,檢討饋線電壓變動及損 失之變化情形並推導電力損失和電容器裝置位置之敏感度分析。根據以上所得之 結果,建立以系統損失(含能量及需量兩部份)和電容器之成本及其使用年限所構 成之目標函數,經由目標函數之小化即可求得在考慮電容器使用年限,為維持配 電系統電壓及達到系統損失最小化,電容器之最佳裝置及容量和最佳之操作模 式。此外就長期運轉觀點,亦將探討饋線開關操作之負載轉供對電容器安裝模式 之影響。根據各類型用戶未來負載成長率(包括實功、虛功量),以為未來電容器 裝置規劃之參考,並探討所選擇之研究饋線部份用戶於輕載功因超前之現象及對 線路損失之影響。最後探討虛功控制電容裝置於饋線之可行性及考慮因素。 |
英文摘要 | Different strategies are applied to investigate the system losses. This project will develop a model of optimal placement of shunt capacitors by considering the load characteristic of distribution feeders. Then the capacitors will be actually installed in the system according the model derived to verifythe improvement of power loss. The sensitivity analysis ofsystem losses vs capacitor placement will be obtain. The objectfunction composed of power losses and cost of capacitor isbuilt. By minimize the object function the optimal placementand size of capacitors by taking account the lifetime of thecapacitor are determined. Furthermore, the optimal operationstrategy of the shunt capacitors will be solve to achieve theminimization of system losses. Several feeders in Taipowerdistribution system will be selected for the demonstration ofthe proposed method. By investigate the actual .system lossesresulted from the optimal installation of the shunt capacitors,the model derived can be revised. In this project, we also wantto train the engineers from the distribution planning depart-ment so that the results of this project can be used easily inthe future. Therefore, the distribution system losses can beactually obtained by better placement and operation of theshunt capacitors in Taipower system. |
