| 英文摘要 | Seventy-two pigs were used to investigate the effects of dietary lysine and feeding level on growth performance and carcass measurements of pigs. Three dietary treatments were formulated to have similar digestible energy (DE) and three lysine level of 0.98、0.76 and 0.54% for growing pigs between 30 and 55 kg liveweight and 0.75、0.58 and 0.41% for finishing pigs between 55 and 95 kg liveweight. To ensure a constant ratio of amino acids, the lower lysine diets were prepared by dilution of the high-lysine corn-soybean meal diet with 10 and 20% corn starch, respectively. Each diet was offered with ad libitum level and fed on the feeding ratio of 100、90 and 80%, to individual pigs from 30 kg until slaughter at 95 kg liveweight. There was no significant interaction between the effects of dietary lysine and feeding level on growth performance and carcass measurements. Higher growth performance and leaner carcass found with an increase in dietary lysine up to 0.75 and 0.58% for growing and finishing pigs (P<0.05). Although there was a positive tendency on the highest dietary lysine, the effect was not significant. The daily gain increased with an increase in feeding levels (P<0.01), but there was no significance in feed utilization and carcass measurements among feeding treatments, except fat % in ham. The results reveal that the daily gain increases as the feeding level is increased, and there is no interaction between dietary lysine and feeding level. From these values the lysine: DE for optimum growth and leaner carcass would be 2.25 and 1.72 g per 1,000 kcal for growing and finishing pigs, respectively. |
