中文摘要 | 由於醫院營養部門業務繁重,為了簡化作業,特將事務性工作作規劃分析、程式設計、建立資料檔,並且經由電腦處理,以便迅速地得到管理上使用的資訊。本院營養組之膳食供應業務,在配合國泰綜合醫院電腦作業進度下,分期電腦化工作,使用機器為PDP-11/34, TANDEN Non-stop Ⅱ,經使用後,成果如下: 1.管理方面:每月初五以前可以得到膳食供應量、食物費用、物價波動、廠商應付帳款等資料。因此,管理者能夠很快地瞭解當月份的工作量和財務狀況。 2.人事方面:本院病床數、患者及員工伙食供應量增加,但是在沒有增加事務人員的情況下,也能很快地收集正確而完整的各種資訊。 3.營養師工作狀況:由於事務性工作簡化,營養師有更多的時間投入臨床教學和研究的行列中,包括:設計並撰寫營養教育的教材,加強營養指導,參與醫療團隊的工作。 4.管理者的工作:由於管理資訊的完整與迅速,管理者能迅速並確實瞭解整組的作業情況,並且能隨時改善作業程式及推展新業務,如:簡化作業流程,調整作息時間、開闢新單元。 |
英文摘要 | In order to simplify the operation in the nutrition and food service and to decrease the work loading of hospital staffs, we have analyzed, designed, programmed, and implemented a computer program of Hospital Nutrition and Food Service System to assist our daily operation. By applying this computer program for years, we have achieved the following goals: 1. Since the information, e.g., the volume of food consumed, the expense of the food, the fluctuatuions in food prices, and the accounts payable, is available by the fifth of each month, the manager is able to understand the workload and financial situation in that month. 2. In spite of the increasing demand for nutrition and food service due to the increasing number of inpatients, we can efficiently collect the related information without increasing the numbers of staffs in nutrition department. 3. By simplifying the routine work, dietitians can devote themselves to research and education activities. 4. With efficient, complete and accurate information, the supervisor is able to understand better how daily operations are being carried out in the department. The computerization system also offers supervisors more flexibility to simplify the work flow, to adjust the working hours and to develop new service items. |
