中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學校長參加在職進修研習之課程需求,以台灣省全部國民小學校長為對象,進行問卷調查。問卷內容共分四大類,四十八項。結果發現: 1952份有效問卷中,校長認為最需要增進的前十項知能為1.學校行政有關法令,2.領導之基本理論與學校行政領導的行動策略,3.增進與教職員之關係,4.改進校內教學技巧,5.學校安全教育,6.教職員職責之釐定,並善用各處主任和年級主任,8.改進國語文有關課程,9.增進與學生之關係,10.增進與家長之關係。此十項,以不同性別,年資作分析,也得到相當一致之結果,依據此調查,台灣省國教研習會設計第一、二期校長研究班課程,施行後檢討評估,亦發現學員對課程相當滿意。 本研究結果可供教育機構設計進修課程之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to assess the inservice curriculum needs of elementary school principals. A questionnaire survey was conducted of all elementary school principals In Taiwan province. The questionnaire consisted of 48 items in four parts. The results from 1952 usable responses show that the top ten needs of the principals are: (1) Legislation concerning school administration, (2) Basic concepts of leadership and strategies for administrative leader-ship, (3) Improvement of relationships between teachers, (4) Improvement of teaching skill in the school, (5) Safety education, (6) Establishing teacher responsibility, (7) Effective use of department heads (8) Improvement of Chinese language curriculum, (9) Improvement of relationships with students, (10) Improvement of relationship with parents. These findings are stable across sex and teaching experience. The Taiwan Provincial Institute for Elementay Schoolteachers' Inservice Education designed the first two inservice workshops for principals according to these findings and obtained satisfactory ratings from the workshop participants. The results of this study should be useful for curriculum designers in inservice education Institutions. |
