中文摘要 | 直紋曲面 (ruled surface) 係由一族之直線所構成,由於其構造單純,加工較易,且曲面亦可依所要之截面來自由設計,加上其具有直線構成立特性,因而可用線切割機直接切出光滑之表面,放在模具、車體、飛機零件等應用廣泛。 本文探討直紋綴面 (ruled surface patch) 及複合直紋曲面之電腦輔助切削方法,其中論及直故綴面之表示法,直紋曲面的移位 (offset)、刀具的補正、切削誤差的設定、銑切循環的刀具路徑及NC程式碼的自動產生等,並撰寫成中文交談式之電腦程式,可在個人電腦上執行。 本文所發展之軟體已完成復合直紋曲面之CAD/CAM整合,且與CNC銑床連線,實際切創出所設計的曲面,而證實程式的正確性。 |
英文摘要 | A ruled surface is composed of a family of straight lines. The machining of the ruled surface is very straight-forward due to it's simplicity, especially when it is applied to wire EDM. The ruled surface can be applied to die surfaces, car bodies and aircraft parts widely. The computer-aided techniques for constructing and machining of single and composite ruled surfaces are studied, including the ruled surface representation, the offset of ruled surface, the cutter compensation, the error control, the tool path simulation and the automatic generation of NC codes. The program was interactive with the Chinese language for personal computers. The software developed in this work focuses on the CAD/CAM intergration of composite ruled surfaces. Two example parts were machined successfully to demonstrate the applicability of the developed software. |
