中文摘要 | 本研究的主旨:在利用特耳菲 (Delphi) 調查法,以探究S-P表分析對教學行為改進的效用,以供師資培養及教學改進的參考。 本研究的方法:(一)以文獻探討法而瞭解特耳菲調查法的理論、方法及步驟,期能奠定先行研究的基礎。(二)以特耳菲調查法而探求S-P表分析習作後,對教學行為改進效用的意見,俾供教學行為改進的參考。 本研究的結果:(一)探討得知特耳菲法的理論與方法,能對教育問題深入研究,並獲得「質的分析」結果。(二)探討得知表示未達成度的Somers係數的概念與用途。(三)本研究獲得結論:有關特耳菲技術者4項。有關S-P表分析對教學行為改進者5項。有關教學行為改進政策上的配合者20項。有關教學行為改進架構者4項。而建議則有12項。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to provide the reference for the teacher preparation and the improvement of teaching behaviour with the findings study of study on the application of S-P Chart on teaching behaviour, which was takenby Delphi survey and analysis. The steps taken in this study include two parts: Firstly the theory, approaches, and procedures of Delphi survey have been studied by Content Analysis, in order to build up a foundation for this study; secondly some suggestions have been produced through the research of the practice of S-P Chart by the survey method of Delphi, with a view to submitting recommendation for improving teaching behaviour. The findings conclude three parts: The first is the understanding of the theory and approaches of Delphi. The second is the exploration of the concepts and usages of Somers coefficient (DBA). The third contains the conclusions : fourpoints in the techniques of Delphi; five points in the application of S-P Charton the improvement of teaching behaviour; twenty points in the adaptation of policy on the improvement of teaching behaviour; four points in the framwork of improving teaching behaviour, and twelve points in suggestions. |
