中文摘要 | 經熱處理之酪酸菌(Clostridium butyricum. M II 588 strain)菌體可增強老鼠之免疫機能,對真菌之一的白色念球菌(Candida albicans 7N strain)之深在性感染症具高度的保護效果,經分析其免疫增強效果時發現,此菌體可促進細胞性遲延性過敏症反應(DTH)之發生,增加IgM抗體產生細胞數,促使巨噬細胞與NK細胞活性化,同時也可誘發產生免疫型干擾素(IFN - γ),而此干擾素之產生因老鼠品系而異,其中以DDY品系老鼠最佳。在in vivo之抗真菌過程中,此干擾素扮演著重要角色,因用基因工程生產之干擾素(IFNα-A/D)處理結果 也證實干擾素確可增強保護真菌之感染,除此之外也發現酪酸菌是一種B細胞分裂原。 |
英文摘要 | Bacterial vaccine, heat-killed Clostridium butyricum exhibits various immunomodulating activ-ties including a strong protection activity against Candida albicans infect ion in mice. The analyses of immunomodulating activities induced by the vaccine showed that the vaccine stimulated macrophage and natural killer cell activity. Stimulation of delayed type hypersensi-tivity, IgM antibody formation, induction of γ-type interferon and B-cell mitogenicity, were also observed. Among these immunomodulating activities, interferon was considered to be one of the important factors in the manifestation of in vivo anticandida activity. Further studies using recombinant α-AID type interferon, confirmed an active role of interferon in the manifestation of the protect ion. The interferon product ion by the vaccine was also found to be dependent on the mouse strains used and most active in DDY mice. |
