中文摘要 | 為探討控制菜豆豆莢形狀之各種因子效應及因子數,以六個矮性菜豆 品系(種)為親本。其中OSU 5062(長圓莢品系)為共同親本,分別與其他五個品系 雜交:三個圓莢品系,OSU 4883;Oregon 91G及Slenderette;二個扁莢品種, Roma及Bountiful。包含反交,共有十個雜交組合。在大部分組合中,控制豆莢 形狀之因子作用,累加性比顯性效應及上位性效應更為重要。在個別上位性因子 作用中,長圓莢品系5062與二個扁莢品種之雜交組合中,累加性×顯性及顯性× 顯性之交感作用佔重要地位。最少因子數估計結果,在長圓形莢5062與圓莢品 系之雜交組合中,因子對數均小於1。長圓莢5062與扁莢品種之雜交組合為2 對與4對。本試驗結論,一般育種方法如譜系法、混合法或輪迴選種法均可應用 於豆莢形狀選拔。 |
英文摘要 | The gene action and minimum gene number of pod shape in bush-type green beans were studied in five crosses made from six parental cultivars. opulation means analysis indicated that all the gene effects were found to be contributed to the inheritance of pod shape in all crosses. Additive gene effects were more important than dominance and epistatic gene effects. Among individual epistatic gene effects, additive x dominance and dominance x dominance gene effects appeared to be contributed more to the control of pod shape in the crosses between flat podded parents and 5062. The minimum number of gene for controlling pod shape in the crosses between flat podded parents and 5062 was estimated to be about 2 and 4, but the crosses between round podded parents and 5062 showed a very small number of gene, less than one in each cross. The hertability estimates for pod shape ranged from 0.476 to 0.971. |
