中文摘要 | 長庚紀念醫院泌尿外科從民國76年3月到同年5月為24位輸尿管結石的病患施行了27次的輸尿管腎鏡術今併水電震波碎術。經由輸尿腎鏡的直視之下,除了1例(3.7%)之外,其餘的結石都能被震碎分解。27例之中,最大的結石達12x15 mm。在術後9天到52天不等的追踪期間,共有3例(11%)被發現有殘餘結石碎片的現象。總計此一系列之成功率為85.2%。全部27例並未出現嚴重的併發症,輕微的併發症包括發熱、血尿及輸尿管絞痛共出現3例(11%)。平均住院日數為6.4天,比起傳統開刀法的需8天以上縮短了許多。因此我們認為,輸尿管腎鏡術合併水電震波碎石術是一種安全、合乎成本投益,並且侵襲性較小的輸尿管結石治療法。 |
英文摘要 | From March to May, 1987, 27 ureterorenoscopy combined with electrohydraulic lithotripsy procedures (URS with EHL) were preformed in 24 cases of ureteral stones at our hospital. The stones were a1l except one (3.7%) disintegrated into pieces under direct vision. The largest stone in this series measured 12 x 15 mm in size. Residual stone fragments were found in 3 (11.1%) of the 27 procedures during the follow up period of 9 to 52 days after the procedure. Overall success rate in this series was 85.2%. There was no major complication in all of the 27 procedures. Minor complication including fever, gross hematuria, and ureteral colic developed in 3 (11.1%)of them. The average hospitalization stay was 6.4 days which was much shorter than that of the traditional ureterolithotomy (about 8 days). We therefore concluded that URS with EHL is a safe, cost-effective, and relatively noninvasive method for treatment of the ureteral stones. |
