中文摘要 | 本研究之目的為研製一種適合於本省使用之循環式花生乾燥機,以改善目前日曬的乾燥方法,提高花生品質,防止發霉,而避免黃麴毒素之感染。 設計乾燥機之前,曾測定花生層厚度與風量及靜壓之關係,並進行高溫乾燥試驗,以決定熱風溫度與乾燥時間對於花生品質之影響。 試驗機機體之主要尺寸為全長3100mm,全寬1900mm及全高5250mm,乾燥機本機尺寸為長2000mm,寬1500mm,高4800mm,最大容量為2400公斤,全機由熱風系統、輸送系統、乾燥部、排塵裝置及控制系統等主要部分所構成,乾燥率為每小時0.7~1.0﹪,依本省落花生收穫時莢果含水率可能高達40﹪計算,至少須50小時以上才能使水分降至10﹪以下,而不致損害花生品質。 試驗機完成後曾進行空機運轉試驗,除昇降機所造成的噪音稍大外,一般運轉情形尚稱良好,此外機體太大,尤其高度過高,安裝與運輸均感困難。試驗機完成時,因花生收穫期未到,無法取得生鮮花生進行乾燥試驗,僅能移用已經曬乾過之少量花生倒入乾燥機內循環以觀察花生之輸送情形,發現花生流動不夠順暢,以及花生外殼因擠壓而破裂之情形嚴重。 試驗機經過運轉試驗後雖然發現有若干缺點,但已證明連續式乾燥花生的構想具體可行,最大困難在於輸送系統方面,需要進一步加以改良,以減少花生破損率,乾燥部份應無多大問題,俟輸送系統獲得改善後,應實地進行乾燥試驗,以測定乾燥性能。 |
英文摘要 | The project was undertaken during the period between April 1974 and March 1975 the objective of which was to design and build a circulation type dryer for peanuts to replace sun drying method commonly used in Taiwan. As a first step the relationship between the thickness of drying layer of peanut and air volume and static pressure is determined. Drying tests are also conducted to investigate the effect of air temperature and drying time on the quality of dried peanuts. The prototype dryer developed is 3100 mm in length, 1900 mm in width and 5250 mm in height. The holding capacity of the dryer is 2400 kg. Average drying rate is kept at about 0.7-1.0% decrease in moisture content per hour which is considered to be safe for keeping the quality of peanut drying. Mechanically the experimental dryer runs satisfactorily with empty load except the conveying system needs some modifications to redder the noise. Drying tests will be carried out when freshly harvested peanut is available during the next harvest season. |
