| 中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於研擬一套可以減少青少年攻擊行為的社會技巧訓練模式。經研究者探討有關文獻,設計實驗活動,並隨機抽取明道中學6名學生為實驗組,男6名則為控制組。實驗組成員接受八週共八個小時的社會技巧訓練,而控制組則否。團體訓練完後,兩組加以比較,經統計考驗及個別分析後,歸納本研究發現如下:一、本社會技巧訓練模式可以減低青少年的攻擊行為,但功效不大,有待進一步之研究。二、本社會技巧訓練模式可以改善青少年之抑鬱性、協調性、領導性、社會外向、思考外向、疑心、慮病、信心、自卑、不安等人格特質及社會行為技巧,但功效亦不大。三、實驗組成員對於本社會技巧訓練團體有積極正向的感受。基於以上的發現,研究者歸納結果討論與文獻探討,提出九點改進意見,供學校輔導人員或社會機構推廣社會技巧訓練者更進一步研究之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of social skills training on the aggressive behavior of adolescents. Twelve adolescents subjects randomly drawn from the Ming-Tao Senior High School were use in this experimental study. The treatment group received eight hours social skills training while the control group had no treatment at all. All subjects received pre and posttests on the aggressiveness scal of the Guilford Personality Inventory and the ko's Mental Health Questionnaire. The date was analysed by covariance. The study revealed the following results : 1.Although there are no siginificant results presented statistically, the treatment group showed positive tendencies on the score of the aggressiveness scal and the observed mal-adaptive behavior. 2. In reference to the subjects' self-reports and the teachers' observations, the study also indicated that the treatment group seemed to have a positive feeling from the social skills training. Based on the aforemention findings, this study made nine recommendations for school counselors and social workers to use the social skills group training for the mal-adjusted adolescents. The need for further research in this area was also suggested. |
