中文摘要 | 本研究目的在了解高職學生職業道德判斷發展的概況,並分析性別、年級、主修科別、及家庭社經地位等變項與職業道德判斷的關係。以自編之「高職學生職業道德判斷問卷」,對六種不同科別,481位高職男女生所作調查發現: (1)高職學生職業道德判斷大都為Kohlherg道德判斷理論架構中的階段三,以取得眾人讚賞為主要的判斷依據。(2)性別、年級、主修科別之不同,其職業道德判斷亦產生顯著差異。(3)家庭社經地位並未造成職業道德判斷之顯著差異。研究者並根據各項研究發現,分別就社會教育、學校教育方面提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The study was undertaken to explore the vocational moral judgment development of vocational school students and its relationships to the demographic variables: genders, grades, majors, and socioeconomic status. The subjects were consisted of 481 vocational school students surveyed by using the questionnaire designed by the author. The results indicate that (1) the subjects' vocational moral judgment development, by average, stays on stage 3 in terms of Kohlberg's moral judgment theory, that is, earning people's praise is their judgmental basis; (2) genders, grades, and socioeconomic status are significantly related to vocational moral judgment: and (3) no significant relation exists between socioeconomic status and vocational moral judgment development. Based on the findings, several suggestions about school education and social education are indicated. |
