中文摘要 | 本研究的目的主要是建立一個電腦輔助設計與教導(CAD/CAI)的程式系統,來協助產品安全標示的設計。本研究首先分析產品安全標示的設計程序,並整合了20種相關的標準和設計指南,將重要的技術知識組成一個有架構的資料庫,以便能立即參考。最後並提出一個整合電腦輔助設計與教導的軟體。在這個軟體系統中,只要輸入3個主要設計要素:產品的危險等級,閱讀的距離和標示的大小,系統便會根據這些變數提供一個產品安全標示的圖形,並設定好最佳的文字尺寸。同時在系統内建有圖案庫,可做快速的編輯。本系統是以AutoCAD為執行環境,並利用AutoLISP語言來完成其架構和執行。 |
英文摘要 | According to law, manufacturers and product developers have a duty to warn the user of dangers inherent in the product. Conventionally, designing product safety labels is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Designers spend a lot of time on locating label standards and interpreting them. Availability of relatively low cost microcomputer and PC-based CAD systems has offered the feasibility of integrating safety label design principles into CAD systems. This paper discusses the development of an integrated CAI/CAD system for product safety label design. Ten standards and ten design guidebooks have been reviewed. The knowledge associated with safety label design has been organized in a hierarchical structure for easy consultation. Once given the hazard seriousness, the viewing distance, and the label size, the system will provide a pre-designed label format with the specified size and corresponded signal word for the designer. A symbol/pictograph library is also provided for handy editing. The system was developed using the AutoLISP programming language operating in AutoCAD environment. |
