英文摘要 | Analytical equations are presented to determine the minimum reflux ratio of multiffeed, binary distillation column with multiple siderstreams. The equations are based on a concept called factor method. The minimum reflux is composed of three parts: (1) “feed’ part, (2) “other feeds” part and (3) “sidestreams” part. The “feed”’ part (□) is the “apparent” minimum reflux based on the given feed as if no other feeds or sidestreams were present. The “other feeds” part (□=□□) provides the contribution of other feeds to minimum reflux. The “sidestreams” part (□=□□) provides the contribution of sidestreams to minimum reflux. The factors □ and □ which convert flow of each other feed and each sidestream to minimum reflux, respectively, is a function of concentration and thermal quality of each other feed and sidestream, respectively. The factors are zero for feeds and siderstreams below the given feed. |
