| 中文摘要 | 測定無血的肺血管外液體量之多寡在研究肺永腫判定水腫程度時極為重要。本研究通過二十隻狗正常情況下和另七隻狗在實驗性肺水腫的情況下之研究結果,對原來的經典性文章中之計算公式進行了補充,並通過動物和模擬材料實驗,證實其結果準確無誤。正常狗無血肺濕乾比值在4.67~4.80之間,平均4.76±0.02,肺血管外肺含水量/無血肺乾重比值(Q.w.l/d.Q.l)在3.67~3.78之間,其平均值為3.74±0.02,說明在正常狗之間其結果極為穩定。至於各葉之間之比值也甚為接近,除右上葉與右下葉、右中葉與右下葉之間的差異有統計學意義外(p<0.05),其餘均未見統計學差異。此外本實驗結果,發現簡單的與無血的肺濕乾比值為論在正常的與肺水腫之狗肺皆高度相關,相關係數r高達0.988。 |
| 英文摘要 | Measurement of extravascular lung water is very important in determining the severity of pulmonary edema. The aim of this study was to complete the calculation of extravascular lung water presented in previous best-known article, and also confirm and reassure this new equation by animal study and designed lung model. Twenty-seven dogs were studied, and divided into two groups; 20 in normal control condition, and 7 in experimental pulmonary edema. The wet/dry lung weight ratio in normal control dogs averaged 4.76±0.02, ranged 4.67 to 4.80. The mean of extravascular lung water content expressed as a fraction of bloodless dry lung weight (Qwl/dQl) was 3.74±0.02. It was concluded that the variance of this ratio was rather small in normal dogs. Besides, there was only small difference between each lobe, except RUL & RLL, RML & RLL which had been found statistically significant (p<0.05). Furthermore, these data indicted that there is a high correlation between simple wet/dry lung weight ratio and Qwl/dQl in either normal control or pulmonary edema group (r=0.988). |
