中文摘要 | 市立陽明醫院小兒科於民國74年12月至75年2月間,以臺北市三年齡層女學生,包括國小六年級,國中三年級,及大學一年級女生為研究對象,使用酵素免疫分析法,測定其血清中抗德國麻疹抗體,結果發現,全部3,056 位受檢女生中有1,640位(佔53.6%)呈陽性反應;而國小六年級女生1,062位中有599位(56.4%)呈陰性反應,國中三年級1,218位中有528位(42.4%)呈陰性反應,大學一年級776位中有289位(57.2%)呈陰性反應。同時以乳狀凝集素法與酵素免疫分析法做為比較,發現前者之敏感度,特異性,效能均極高,敏感度為96.3%。特異性為98.5%,而致能為97.3%。故在設備不足或做團體檢查時,採用快速凝狀擬集素法,不失為一快速,便捷,理想的篩檢方法。本文針對此一研究結果,建議對國中三年級女生實施德國麻疹預防注射,不但可提昇婦女懷孕期間對德國麻疹之免疫力,且不致於幹擾德國麻疹自然感染之流行型式。 |
英文摘要 | Studies were undertaken to evaluate the status of immunity against rubella infection in three selected age groups among school girl in Taipei area. The three age groups included sixth-graders from an elementary schools, ninth-graders from junior high schools, and college freshmen from the Ming-Chuan Business College. Subjects in the study were randomly selected and each donated 2-3 mls of blood. The sera were simultaneously analyzed for the presence or absence of antibody titer against rubella virus by the Rubazyme and the Rubalex tests. The overall positive rate of antibody against rubella virus among all the school girls tested was 53.6% (1,640 of 3,056). This result is somewhat alarming since it means that approximately half of the population tested possessed no immunity against rubella infection. Furthermore, positivity rates varied with age, with the rate for the college-attending group highest (62.8%), followed by the junior high school group (57.6%). The elementary school group was the least protected against rubella virus, with a positivity rate of only 43.6%. These data suggest that immediate preventive measures, such as an immunization program, is warranted. The studies, also satisfactorily established that the Rubalex method, a rapid and easy-to-use method for detecring antibodies against rubella virus, offers sensitivity and specificity similar to that of the Rubazyme test which is more both expensive and laborious, Therefore, the Rubalex method may be a more suitable testing method for large-scale screening purposes compared with the Rubazyme test. |
