中文摘要 | 本場原設計之蔬菜育苗箱用真空播種機,係由針尖磨平之種子吸附針所組成,由於該種子吸附針在播種時,偶而造成重複株,即有少數(2.3~4.8%)之針孔常吸附二粒種子以上之情形發生。 為使真空播種機在播種時之重複株率降至最低限度,以提高播種精確度,本研究乃將種子吸附針之吸口改為喇叭型,並以甘藍種子進行播種試驗。試驗結果顯示:以喇叭型之吸附針(孔徑0.82)播種時,不僅重複株率可降至0.5%,缺株率亦可降至0.1%,而且播種時所需吸力亦只需6 mmHg,播種效果非常良好。 |
英文摘要 | A vacuum seeder for use in preparing box-raised vegetable seedlings was developed by Taoyuan DAIS in 1986. When we applied the seeder, about 2.3-4.8% of nozzles would pick up more than one seed. In order to decrease the percentage of nozzles that pick up more than one seed, nozzles were modified to become conical shape. Then, cabbage seeds were used for testing. The results showed that conica nozzles could greatly decrease not only the percentage of nozzles that pick up more than one seed down to 0.5% but also that of nozzles that pick up no seed down to 0.1%. |
