中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解大學運動代表隊員與非代表隊員之最大無氧動力之差異,及各代表隊之差異,以作為日後訓練代表隊在動力方面的參考。 研究對象為中原大學電機二乙64名學生及6名田徑隊、6名手球隊,11名足球隊、10名網球隊、9名排球隊、7名籃球隊,經過 Margaria 跑階計時測驗後,以t值考驗代表隊與非代表隊之差異,以F考驗各代表隊間之差異,事後比較以薛費氏法做比較,獲得結論如下: 一、最大無氧動力 1.以手球隊為最高平均數117.30kgm/sec,網球隊最低平均數93.39kgm/sec。 2.代表隊與非代表隊之差異:手球隊、田徑隊、訴球隊、籃球隊皆有p<0.01之顯著差異。足球隊、網球隊無顯著差異。 3.代表隊間之差異:手球隊與各隊皆呈p<0.01之顯著差異;田徑隊與排球隊無顯著差異,與籃球隊呈p<0.05之顯著差異,與其他隊呈p<0.01之顯著差異。足球隊與網球隊無顯著差異:兩隊與各隊皆有p<0.01之顯著差異。排球隊與籃球隊無顯著差異。 二、每公斤體重之動力 以手球隊最大,依次為田徑隊、電機三乙、排球隊、網球隊、足球隊、籃球隊。但皆無顯著差異存在。 |
英文摘要 | The study was intended to discuss the distinction in relation to the maximum anaerobic power between non-representative and representative players in Chung Yuan University, and further to be understood the differences between the representatives, so as to be used for reference in training representrative players in the coming years. The objects of the study were 113 students of the university: 64 sophomors of Electrical Engineering Department and 49 players of the representative teams (six from the field and track team, six from the handball team, eleven from the football team, ten from the tennis team, nine from the volleyball team, and sevcn from the basketball team). In the beginning, they are all tested by Margaria Run Phase Measured Time Method. Then the sophomors and the representatives are examined by means of T value to distinguish their differences in anaerobic power, consequentiy testing each of the representatives by F value is made. Accordingly, it can be reached the following conclusions on the basis of comparing those distinctions for the use of "Scheffe Method"﹒ 1.Comparing the maximum anaerobic power a. The average of the anaerobic power in the handball team measures 117.30 kg/sec which is higher than that in the other teams. The lower average measures 93.39 kg/sec which is obtained from the tennis teams. b. Comparing the anaerobic power of the non-representatives and that of the representatives. lt is found that distinct differences exist between the non-representatives and four teams of the representatives (The handball, the volleyball. the basketball, and the field and track teams) respectively. The same rate of those differences is got p<0.01. On the other hand, no obvious differences can be seen between the non-representatives and the rest of the representatives(the football and the tennis teams). c. Comparing the anaerobic power of the players in each team can team can get results as follows: The difference between the field and track team and the volleyball teams is not clear, nor is that between the volleyball team and the basketball team, nor is that between the football team and the tennis teams. One the contrary, the differences between the handball team and thd others appear significantly obvious, as well as those between the fields and track team and the others do, the rates of the differences are all the same as p<0.01. Also, the differences between the football team and the others, those between the tennis team and the others all show definite, their rates are equal to p<0.01. The difference between the field and track team and the basketball team becomes specific, which its rate is p<0.05. 2. Measuring the dynamics from each kilogram weight of the testees. It shows that the strongest one is the handball team, the field and track team the second, the sophomors in B class of Electrical Enginecring Department the third, the volleyball team the fourth, the tennis team the fifth, the football team the sixth, and the basketball team is the last. From thc rcsults no specific differences among them can be found. |
