| 中文摘要 | 本文首先說明我國技職教育濫觴於清末,至民國廿一年「職業學校」始見諸於法令,迄六十五年「技術職業教育」法令,方臻完整;並將技職教育之現狀,分別予以統計分析;更指出日本在最近卅餘年來,能從廢墟中迅速復興,係由於其推行技職教育之成功,為其主要原因。接著根據技職教育之現況檢討,發現近年來推展技職教育,雖有甚大成就,惟仍有若干缺失,亟待改進。本文以研究技職教育學制及其相關問題為範圍,根據檢討結果,認為技職教育應實施高職──二專──技術學院三年制之七年三階段學制,並將現有之五專、三專保留,而以變態方式納入新學制中。惟實施新學制,必先修訂課程標準;僅有課程標準,而無部定教科書之出版,則課程標準徒兵形式,故應出版部定教科書,以便管制;為促進技職敢育之發展,並增大技職教育之績效,尤須實施若干相關措施,與之配合。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper primarily states the Chinese technological vocational education began at the end of the nineteenth century. In 1932, the name of vocational school was appeared in the decree of govermment. Until 1976, the decree of technological and vocational education came to perfection. And according to the existing state we can take an analysis and calculation with it. Also pointing out the Japanese at recent about thirty years can restrong from ruins so quickly. The main factor is due to succeeding to promote the technological and vocational education. Then there are many achievements in it, I know, but it still has some flaws to be adjusted. This paper includes the technological and vocational education system and its respective problems, I suggest to perform a seven-year three-section system of vecational school, two-year college, two-year institute college of technology. Yet retain five-year college and three-year college and try to take them into the new system with alternative method. Performance of new system must adjust the lesson standard. Lesson standard must match with standard texbook. If no standard textbook and lesson standard will be nominal. Therefore standard textbook must be published. In order to develope the technological and vocational education and increase the effects, there are some relative policies must to match with. |
