中文摘要 | 流體床電極反應器是一種從廢水中電解回收重金屬離子之可行方法。本文以一實驗室規模的電解槽從事由硫酸銅溶液中回收銅離子的研究。電解液中銅離子的濃度約每公升0-2克,硫酸的濃度約每公升100公克,流體床電極室中固相電位分佈及液相電位分佈均由實驗測定分析。另外槽電壓,電流效率,電解耗電率及操作可行性亦在不同的電流密度情況和不同的電極流體化狀態予以測定。 |
英文摘要 | The fluidizd-bed electrode reactor appears to be a powerful method to remove heavy metallic ions from waste water. A laboratory scale cell was employed to recover copper from cupric sulfate solution. The copper concentration in the electrolyte was in the range of 0-2g/l, and the acidified electrolyte was 100g/l of sulfuric acid. The potential distribution of the electrolyte phase and the particle phase were determined. Cell voltage, current efficiency, electric energy consumption, and operability were obtained as a function of superficial current density and bed voidage. |
