中文摘要 | 本文在於發表一能突破步進馬達之傳統低速、低轉矩、開迴路應用的瓶頸技術,使步進馬達在全步 (FULL STEP) 下可運轉於10500 R. P. M,半步 (HALF STEP)運轉於6000 R. P. M且能維持應有的轉矩。 本設計電路,係將步進馬達之運轉頻率經頻率/電壓轉換器 (F/V) 做為PWM之參考電壓,來控制步進馬達之供給電源,使其能隨運轉速度而變,以維持高速運轉時所應保持的轉矩,並降低低轉速時不必要之額外功率消耗,且使步進馬達在加減速過程更行平滑,本電路同時利用截技控制式驅動電路,使馬達工作於未磁飽和狀態,以改善馬達之運轉反應達到高速運轉之目的。此外,本電路亦利用D/A、V/F及各種數位電路所組成的前置控制電路使其能與微電腦I/O介面連接,以在可程式規劃下達到精確的定速、定位控制。 |
英文摘要 | Most traditional stepping motors were used in low speed, low torque loading, and primarily in an open-loop control system. This paper presents an approach to the control of stepping mostor serving in slewing range that can cause the motor to run at 10500 r.p.m.. in full-step and at 600 r.p.m. in half-step and get quite enough torque. The specialty of this circuit design was to apply the input driving pulse, converted into analoge voltage, to modulate the motor power supply voltage. This boot-strap supply voltage method could lead the voltage- to follow the driving pulse. So, in the high speed control, the above method can cause the motor to keep driver current and fix the torque. In addition, it can decrease the motor power dissipation in low speed range. In this circuit design we also used the PWM technique to drive the stepping motor, thus the motor can be operated in the unsaturated situation. This improves the pulse step transient response of the control system. |
