中文摘要 | 葡萄晚腐病是由Glomerella cingulata (Ston). Spanld et Schr.所引起。70 年夏在中部葡萄產區嚴重發生本病,雖然大量施用Mon藥劑仍無法有效控制。 因此病原菌產生抗藥性之問題受到重視。經測定結果,田間抗Mon乳劑菌系發 生頻率已高達到43∼90%之間,以二林、后里地區發生抗藥性之情形最為嚴重。 抗藥性菌系(EL1003,EL2001)對Mon之百分之五十致死濃度在750ppm以上, 中抗藥性菌系之百分之五十致死濃度介在250與500ppm之間,而感藥性菌系之 百分之五十致死濃度僅為25ppm。且所有抗藥與中抗藥性菌系同時對另一種有機 砷劑(Neo Asozin)及無機砷劑((CH3)2AsONa.3H2O)均具有交互抗藥性,且二者 之致病力並不遜於感藥性菌系。 |
英文摘要 | The ripe rot of grape caused by Glomerella cingulata is an important grape disease in Taiwan. Isolates of ripe rot fungus isolated from Tung-Shin, Hsin-She, Erh- Ling, Ta-Suer, She-Hu, Chou-Lan and Ho-Li were found to have Mon-resistant strains developed in the field. The frequency of resistant strains of these fungi ranged from 43-90% in the field. The EC50 dosage of Mon for all resistant strains is more than 750 ppm, for moderately resistant is 500 ppm, and for sensitive strains is only 25 ppm. All resistant and moderately resistant strains are cross resistant to another organic arsenic compound (Neo Asozin) and inorganic arsenic compound [(CH3)2AsONa. 3H2O]. The resistant and moderate resistant strains of the pathogen are as pathogenic as the sensitive strains to grape fruits. |
