中文摘要 | 於民國71∼73年,在南投縣集集鎮進行食用美人蕉肥料適量試驗,經 三作結果顯示三要素對食用美人蕉之效應,以氮素較大,鉀素次之,磷素較小。 氮素用量間(40, 80, 120, 160kg/ha)以120公斤用量之粗製粉率較高,粗澱粉收量 及其收益最大。磷酐用量間(36, 54, 72kg/ha)以54公斤用量之粗製粉率,粗澱粉 收量最高。氧化鉀用量間(120, 180, 240kg/ha)鮮薯產量、澱粉收量及其收益均隨 鉀素用量增加而提高。食用美人蕉三要素施用量以氮素120∼160,磷酐36∼54, 氧化鉀180∼240 kg/ha較為理想。 |
英文摘要 | Two varieties of edible canna were tested on field with nine treatments of N, P, K fertilizers combination (N: 0, 40, 80, 120, 160 kg/ha, P2O5: 0, 36, 54, 72 kg/ha, and K2O: 0, 120 180, 240 kg/ha) at Jhi-Jhi in Nantou Prefecture during 1982-1984. Nitrogen had the largest effect on yield of edible canna and then, K and P respectively. The application of nitrogen at the rate of 120 kg/ha and phosphate ate the rate of 54 kg/ha could raise the yield of fresh tubers and starch production and gave better net benefit. It was also found that the increase amount of potassium fertilizer had positive effect on production of edible canna. The results indicated that best fertilizer combination for commercial production for edible canna were 120-160, 36-54, 180- 240 kg/ha of N:P2O5:K2O. |
