中文摘要 | 褐飛蝨為本省水稻主要害蟲,據1981年本場調查發現部分地區品系對 四種常用殺蟲劑已產生抗藥性,為了進一步瞭解褐飛蝨對這些常用殺蟲劑抗藥性 之變動情形,於1982年繼續偵測其對藥劑抗性發展趨勢,以LD50、LD90及斜 率來分析。花壇、埔鹽、線西及竹塘品系之LD50較前一年增加,且斜率有下降 之勢,顯示此些品系對Isoprocarb產生抗藥性之機會已提高。此外,大里及竹塘 品系之對MTMC,東勢及大里品系之對Hokbal,東勢及線西品系之對 Monocrotophos,亦有相似之現象,其餘品系則無甚變動,而抗藥性倍數有下降 之勢者,對Isoprocarb及Hokbal而言,有台中品系,MTMC有花壇品系, Monocrotophos有大甲、埔鹽、竹塘及魚池品系,而其餘品系,皆有增加之勢。 |
英文摘要 | Intensive application of insecticides has produced instances of brown planthopper resistance to these four insecticides. Considering the large quantity and kind of insecticide used for rice insect pest control, results obtained so far indicated that relatively even population of brown planthopper has developed resistance to a great variety of chemicals. By using the dosage mortality line or some portion of it such as LD50, LD90 and slope etc, we had been able to establish a quantitative measure by which a change in susceptibility to the best chemicals were determined, the variability of the resistance of the brown planthopper to insecticides. The brown planthopper collected from rice paddies in central Taiwan. Higher LD50 value for each strain than those data in 1981. A year latter as the results obtained in 1982, however, a general trend of higher resistant level than those data reported in 1981 was found, indicating that brown planthopper can survive well under heavy selection pressure of insecticides. The occurrence of resistance in rice brown planthopper population as collected in 1982 were found in substantial increase in comparison with data obtained in 1981 among insecticides whick have been in use most frequently in rice paddies, especially Huaten, Puyen, Hsen Hsi and Chu Teng strain to Isoprocarb, Tali and Chu-Teng to MTMC, Tungsu and Tali to Hokbal, Tungsu and Hsen Hsi to Monocrotophos. According to resistance factor, Taichung to Isoprocarb and Hokbal has the trend of reduction, Huaten to MTMC, Tachia, Puyen, Chuteng and Yuchu to Monocrotophos have the same phenomenon and the other strains have the trend of increase. |
