| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討粒井板胚(Particle-mat)之比重(specific gravity)、含水率(moisture content)及用膠量(resin content)在高週波電場(high frequency field)中之各項誘電特性(die1ectrica1 properties)結果如下:1.粒片板胚的比重在0.4~0.7之範圍內,其含水率為15%,用膠最為8%的條件,於6.7 MHz之高週波電場中,誘電率(或介質常數die1ectric constant),誘電體力率(die1ectrica1 power factor)均隨粒片板胚比重之增加而增;等值抵抗(或電阻resistivity)則反之。2.粒片板胚的含水率,分成5%、10%、15%、20%、25%及30%六級,而比重均為0.6,不加膠合劑,在6.7 MHz之高週波電場中,發現其誘電率與誘電體力率皆和粒片板胚之含水率成正比;而等值抵抗則隨含水率之增加而減少。3粒片板胚的用膠量自2%、4%、6%、8%、10%到12%共六級,比重皆為0.6,含水率為10%,於6.7 MHz之高週被電場中,知其誘電率和誘電體力率隨用膠量之增加而增加;等值抵抗則與用膠量成反比。4.在3.15 MHz、6.7 MHz及13.56 MHz之週波數下同比重(0.4,0.5,0.6或0.7),相同用膠量(8%)及含水率(15%)之粒片板胚的誘電率、誘電體力率與等值抵抗皆隨週波數之升高而減少。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of thissiudy is to investigate the dielectrical properties of particle-mats with different specific gravities (ρ), moisture contents (D) and resin contents (R.C.)at the high frequency field. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The dielectric constant (ε) and the dielectrical power factor (tan^δ) of the mats increased with increasing specific gravity (ρ) at the high frequency field 6.7 MHz, but the resistivity decreased. The moisture content and the resin content of the mats are 15% and 8% respectively. 2. The dielectric constant and the dielectrical power factor increased with the moisture content of the particle-mats which are made to contain different moisture contents (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%) at the high frequency field of 6.7 MHz. The resin content and the specific gravity of the mats maintain 0% and 0.6 respectively. The resistivity is also decreased. 3. The dielectric constant and the dieletrical power factor increased with the resin content of particle- mats at the high frequency field , The specific gravity and the moisture content of the mats maintain constant , 0.6 and 10% respectively. The resistivity is invariably decreased. 4. The dielectric constant , dielectric power factor and resistivity of the particle-mat (ρ=0.4-0.7, D=15% and R.C.=8%) decreased with increasing frequency.
