中文摘要 | 本研究在探討不同產區之臺灣白雲石,及其高溫焙燒物之水合性質之關 係。白雲石及其焙燒物作化學分析,x光燒射分析,電子顯微鏡觀察,及水合之 重量變化率測定。實驗結果顯示清昌山礦石為純白雲石,而大濁水溪白雲石為鈣 質白雲石,並雜有極少量含氧化矽之石灰石。 白雲石顆粒作1850℃高溫焙燒處理,含氧化矽石灰石部分顆粒,在熱處理過程中 粉化;白雲石質及鈣質白雲石,皆可在空氣中放置二天,而無嚴重崩解現象,但 隨時間之增加而崩解。白雲石質顆粒之水合重量增加率比鈣質顆粒者慢很多,因 此,清昌山白雲石較適用於燒製抗水合性白雲石熟料。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to compare the differences of the dolomite rock fromdifferent deposits in Taiwan and their hydration characteristics of calcinedproducts at high temperature. The conventional chemical analysis. X-ray diffraction and the electron microscopy have been used to analyze thesamples, and the weight change in the air was determined for the calcinedsamples. The results showed that Chingchangshan rock is dolomite whileTachoshui rock is calcitic dolomite and limestone with siliceous grains. The dolomite grains were heated at 1850℃. The limestone grainswhich contain silica disintegrated during the treatment. The dolomite andcalcitic dolomite grains could stand in the air for two days, and tended todisintegrate as the time increased. The rate of weight increase of 'the dolomitegrains was much lower than that of the calcitic dolomite grains. Therefore,Chingchangshan dolomite is more suitable for preparing the hydrationresistant dolomite. |
